Comments:
- The accommodation type "shared apartment" may be a single room in a shared apartment with other students or a single room in a shared apartment with people who live permanently in Madrid.
- Inhispania reserves the right to allocate an alternative accommodation option to the student (at no additional costs for the student) in case the places in the shared apartments/shared student apartments are booked out.
- In the unlikely event of when there are no single rooms in our shared apartments available, the student will have the option of choosing a place in a double room. This would reduce the price of the offer by 20 Euros/week.
